The 31st Annual Meeting of the Japan Neuroscience Society

Day nursery and child room will be available at the meeting. At day nursery, professional staff will take care of children when their parents participate in the meeting. Reservation is required.

We have entrusted ALPHA Corporation Inc. with childcare service. This is an official member of All-Japan Babysitter Association. Professional nursery staff will take care of children with mats and toys.

Nursery Room Hours:	July 9 (Wednesday) 8:00-19:00 July 10 (Thursday) 8:00-19:30 July 11 (Friday) 8:00-19:30
Place:	For security purpose, the room location will be informed only to its users.
Age:	from 0 (over 3 months) to 6th grade student of elementary school
Charge:	200yen/30minutes (Payment is made on site. Actual costs (e.g. diaper) are extra.)
Deadline of application:	March 21 (Friday), 2008 to July 2(Wednesday), 2008 *We may be able to accept an application after the deadline, but only if there is extra capacity.
How to apply:	Send email to ALPHA Corporation directly, providing information items 1-5 below. Email address: yoyaku@alpha-co.com Subject: Neuroscience2008 Day nursery reservation 1) Society that you belong to and membership number (not necessary to a non-member) 2) Name of delegate, affiliation, and contact address and telephone number (including cell phone) 3) Number of children, names, ages, and sexes 4) Day and time of requested nursery service 5) Notes (e.g. allergy) and requests (a walk, etc) Then ALPHA Corporation will send you confirmation email along with the guidelines and rules of its use and an application form. Lunch:	Giving careful considerations to food allergy and hygienic conditions, lunch is not provided at the nursery room. Consult with ALPHA Corporation if you request nursery service during the lunch break. A child room is also available where you can have lunch with your child(ren).
Note:	In case of accidents and/or injuries, compensation is covered by insurance that ALPHA Corporation holds. Neuroscience2008 and the Secretariat are not responsible for any accidents and/or injuries caused in the nursery room.

There will be mats, toys and screens. Parents may take some rest with children and/or breastfeed them. No reservation is necessary. As no nursery staff is provided in the child room, parents are required to accompany children and are responsible for safety in the room.
