Please bring your participation pass (name card) which has been sent to you by mail after filling in your name and affiliation on the card. A card holder will be available at the reception desk. Please wear your participation pass (name card) anytime at the venue.

◆Participants to be registered on-site

On-site registration will be available at the registration desk located in the Hall C, 1st floor of Tokyo International Forum. Only cash payment will be accepted for on-site registration. We can not accept any Credit Card.

• You will receive 1） a participation pass（name card）and 2） program booklet upon payment.
  All participants must wear participation pass during the conference.

• Registration is free for an undergraduate student who will not give a presentation as a first author.

◆Get-together

This buffet-style dinner party is a purely social event open to all meeting participants. It will offer an opportunity for established researchers, young investigators, and students to freely meet and talk in a relaxed atmosphere. Speakers of plenary lectures, special lectures, and symposia are encouraged to attend the party. Please note that advanced registration is required; we cannot accept the on-site registration.

All registered abstracts will appear in a Supplement to Neuroscience Research (Elsevier). It will be sent to all first presenting authors, who have paid JPY 4,000 for posting fee, by mail in mid- September. Please note that Neuroscience Research Supplement will not be available during the term of sessions.

The other people than first presenting authors who wish to buy Neuroscience Research Supplement can apply to buy it on site (JPY4,000). The same Supplement will be sent to the registered address by mail in late September.

A luncheon voucher will be available at the Luncheon Seminar desk from the opening time in the morning on each session day (2F, Hall C). As there will be a limited number of lunch boxes, we will distribute vouchers on a first-come and first-served basis. You are requested to present your participation pass (name card) to receive your voucher. A luncheon voucher will be limited one per participant per day.

Cloakroom will be available on the 1st floor of Hall C in Tokyo International Forum. Kindly keep your valuables, umbrellas and so on by yourself.

The Exhibition and the Book Sales will take place in the exhibition hall during the session. The book sale will be held in the lobby of 5th floor in the Hall building as well.

You can take advantage of wireless LAN and AC power at the rest area in the exhibition hall. Please bring your own PC with yourself as the secretariat of this event will not prepare it.

Drink service will be available at the refreshment zone in the exhibition hall during the term of sessions from July 9 to 11, 2008.
